I am a registered member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
My qualifications are:
My mode of working is exclusively cognitive-behavioural. This includes behavioural approaches such as behavioural activation (BA) and exposure and response prevention (ERP).
My areas of interest include depression, self-esteem, OCD, social anxiety and generalised anxiety (GAD).
Alongside private practice, I am currently employed as a lecturer and supervisor at a University. In this capacity, I train NHS high intensity therapists, and trainee CBT therapists from other professions.
